Approximately 9 months ago I started casually Looking for a home. I found one that I was interested in and I emailed who I thought was the realtor who was selling it. The person I got was not the realtor but someone still in connection with selling and purchasing homes.I'm not quite sure how this works in this industry. I told him of a home I was interested in and he said, well, let's pick a time and we can go to look at it. About a day later, I thought about it And I texted him back stating, we need to hold off on this because my situation was really not that I could purchase a home at that time And I did not want to waste his time. After I sent that text there was no communication from this person after that.He ghosted me.... there was no " well, keep me in mind.Good luck with your search.If you have any questions, let me know" etc... none of that at all.. I made a mental note to never contact him or the company who worked for again when I was able to purchase a home.... About two months later, things finally fell into place.So I started my search again and I found another home that I liked and I did the same thing.I contacted the realtor again.I'm not quite sure how it all works with this, but somehow I was able to get in contact with Tyler.. I definitely hit the jackpot with him! He could not have been nicer, more helpful, He answered all of my questions and long story short about three months later I did purchase a home through him. ... I cannot recommend this man more for selling or purchasing a home..!

Tyler is great. He helped me find the right home for me. He also was a huge help during the house hunting process. Whether it was giving me insight on some of the ideas I came up with, answering the many questions that I had throughout the process or just keeping me sane during a life changing decision.
